Jerry Zhang

Jerry Zhang joined Watson & Watson Lawyers in 2022 as a Law Clerk. He was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2023.

Jerry has the knowledge and understanding in relation to building contract, building disputes and construction law. Jerry’s down-to-earth approach and belief in client service anywhere, anytime makes him a valuable member of the legal team.

Before joining Watson & Watson Lawyers, Jerry was a Structural Engineer of a Sydney based Engineering Consulting firm for more than ten years, specialising in areas of design of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, steel, and timber structures across residential, health and education, infrastructure and correction service sectors.

Jerry’s experience in engineering has proved to be an asset in dealing with complex building matters. He is able to provide legal solutions by identifying key underlying engineering issues.

In his personal time, Jerry is a volunteer solicitor at a local Community Legal Centre.
