Senior Associate

Judy is a commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, with a specialised focus in strata and construction disputes.

Since first joining Watson & Watson Lawyers in 2017, Judy has had extensive experience in construction disputes, having assisted homeowners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in and outside of court. Her expertise also extends to strata disputes, where she has assisted both lot-owners and Owners Corporations in resolving simple to complex disputes.

Judy has an in-depth understanding of the building and construction industry and has been able to bring practical real-world insight and strategy into her work. Her approach to litigation and dispute resolution is centred on achieving the best commercial outcome for her clients as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Judy’s approach to clients is heavily focused on being accessible and transparent, ensuring that her clients are not intimidated by the legal process and understand each step along the way.

Judy is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
